As someone who is so sensitive to anything that could possibly affect my mood/mental health, I am a classic Seasonal Affective Disorder (SADs) sufferer. One of the keys to dealing with SADs for me is light therapy and getting a good lamp that emmulates daylight. A friend of mine is in a study at CAMH that is using the Light Therapy from Day-Light above. You can put it on your desk and for $200 and having it on for 30 minutes a day with the results being an increas in energy and happiness.....Santa, I'd like this under the tree please.
The daily (or close to daily!) rants and raves of a self-proclaimed princess as she tries to find her way through life's twist and turns........
