The Pink Cashmere Catastrophey

Well this morning was just fantastic, can you sense the irony already, as I was getting dressed I managed to put my arm through my favourite pink cashmere elie tahari cashmere sweater. The little sweater looked so sad, so injured, so un loved as it lay on my bed with a gapping hole under its arm. I know that it is a delicate summer weight, one ply cashmere (it is 19 degrees Celsius in Toronto today) but really it should not happen. Anyway it set the day off into a tail spin. What was I going to wear? What was I going to do about one of my favourite sweaters? Oh, so sad. I guess I could search out a replacement, it is just the perfect shade of dark pink with the most fabulous flower buttons and is so light that it works under a blazer. Who am I kidding, its irreplaceable.
