apologies

my apologies for lack of informative, interesting, exciting or even legible blog posts recently.  i have been down with the stomach flu and am just feeling dreadful.  it appears that i can only right in 140 characters (tweets).  after 48 hrs in bed, i hope to be feeling better tomorrow.
