God Bless Paige Premium Denim

I was recently lamenting how no one over a 31" waist can buy a decent pair of jeans. Now I am not saying that I am the largest girl in the room, but with 50% of American woman falling into the category of a size 12 plus, I may be up there with them. Anyway, it has always driven me nuts that they have not made some of the designer jeans for people who are larger than a 31", sometimes even smaller than that. From what I understand, the only reason that some of them do this is because they don't want "fat" people wearing there clothes. It makes me cringe just to think about it.

Anyway, I was on Nordstrom's website the other day and was scrolling (or shall I say drooling) at some of the denim that was online, when low and behold there was a little notice that said, Paige Premium Denim in Plus sizes. WTF????? They can't be serious. Over a size 31" waist. As I clicked on the link, up popped three pairs of denim jeans in size 14 and up. When I did some more research I found a bunch of articles. The link to the one I liked best is here. The jeans look fantastic and I have to say that I am excited about spending $200+ on jeans.
Now if some of the other designers would get a bloody life and realize that there are plenty of people who are of an over 31" waist who have a lot, A LOT, of disposable income, if you just made there sizes.
