Dr. M update

She was GREAT! I just got back and she (Dr. M) was really nice. She totally understands. She thinks that things will get better when my sister moves across the pond. I totally agree. I also am going to go on 20 mg Cipralex. I think that that will be a good move. Get things a bit more even keeled shall we say......
